Work Description
- Collect and analyze data related to product performance, market trends, and user needs.
- Assist the product team in the new product planning and development process.
- Prepare analysis reports and recommendations for product decision making.
- Support the product performance evaluation process (e.g.: sales, customer satisfaction, and user feedback).
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to support product strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree education from major Industrial Engineering, Nurse, Pharmaceutical. Having experience as a nurse or handling patients is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Has good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheetsand preferably if familiar
- Have an interest in product, market research, and business development.
