We are seeking analytical and data-driven individuals to join us as a Data Analyst Officer. An independent role and collaborating across all business functions.
Responsibilities
- Collect data from various internal and external sources completely and accurately
- Clean, standardize, and prepare data for analysis
- Analyze sales, distribution, and sales activity data to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of events
- Create dashboards, charts, and routine reports (weekly and monthly) that are easily understood by management and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide concrete, actionable, data-driven business recommendations
- Actively collaborate with various departments to ensure the data used is relevant and valid
- Serve as a bridge between data and business operational needs
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field
- Experience: Min. have internship experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Must attach portfolio of data analysis projects.
Technical Skills and Soft Skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, dashboards)
- Strong data storytelling, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously, and proactive in identifying data issues
- A plus: Data visualization tools: Power BI and/or Tableau
- A plus: Understanding of business processes in the medical device distribution industry
