We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Product Development & Regulatory (PDR) Department Head, based in Jakarta Timur.
This role is critical in driving new product development, supplier partnerships, regulatory compliance, and product knowledge dissemination across our Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Product Development & Supplier Management
- Identify and source new medical device (ALKES) products aligned with market demand
- Scout and evaluate new suppliers with competitive pricing for each product category
- Deliver product knowledge training on new ALKES products (covering strengths and limitations) to the Sales and Marketing teams
- Develop and maintain product training modules for the sales force
Regulatory & Compliance
- Monitoring NIE (Nomor Izin Edar) registration for medical devices at the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes)
- Monitoring registration and listing on the LKPP e-Katalog platform
- Maintain valid licenses and manage renewal of existing ALKES permits
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Report regularly to the Director and escalate any deviations or new developments in a timely manner
- Maintain strong working relationships with government agencies, distributors, vendors (domestic and international)
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a background as Supervisor in Marketing (ex-supervisor experience is required)
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of medical device regulations and products (ALKES)
- Regulatory Competency: Proficient in regulatory platforms including OSS, E-Catalog, LKPP, SITP, Regalkes, Sertifikasi Alkes, and E-Report
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the medical device industry, including relationships with Dinas Kesehatan, distributors, and vendors
- Language: Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) (mandatory)
