We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented PPIC Officer to ensure seamless production planning and inventory control across our manufacturing operations — keeping material availability on track without overstock or shortage.
Responsibilities
- Develop master production plans based on demand forecasting or customer orders.
- Translate master plans into detailed production schedules as a reference for the production team.
- Control raw material inventory levels by establishing safety stock, reorder points, and min-max parameters to prevent both out-of-stock and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, and other division on material availability and with Purchasing on procurement needs to ensure operational continuity.
- Coordinate material ordering schedules to ensure timely delivery in accordance with vendor lead times and production requirements.
- Prepare periodic production planning and evaluation reports to support continuous improvement in operational performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Min. D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience: Min. 1–2 years in a PPIC or Inventory Control role; manufacturing environment preferred
Technical skills
- Understanding of production process flow and the ability to develop production plans
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, formulas, dashboards)
- Familiar with Accurate accounting/inventory system
Soft skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams
- Highly detail-oriented, quantitative, and accurate
